Plan for the future, but live in the present

The last session of the month means ‘Stretch with Sam’ and so we did. Exercise bands ready, the meeting got off to a great start as Sam led the group through a basic workout to strengthen those muscles desk-based professionals rarely use. 

A good turn out this week too, including some new faces looking to start up their own business! There is a whole range of expertise in business groups and, to refer back to our last post, knowing your stuff is really useful and can be very important. It’s great that as members of BRBN we have a wide range of knowledge to fall back on should we ever need that little bit of advice - or indeed a professional to do the job for us! 

We never know what’s around the corner in life - good news or bad - but having a plan and knowing that many eventualities are provided for is almost essential in business. An awareness of the direction that our business is going in is necessary too, understanding this allows us to plan for the future and inform the things we are doing today.
