Businesses fuelled with passion (and a hearty breakfast!)

A busy meeting this morning at BRBN and interesting too. Looking around the room at The Tiger Inn, it was inspiring to see so many successful businesses with passionate owners working not just for the money, but because they love what they do; delivering an excellent service in their specific field, valuing the client, and providing value for money because of the quality of their service.  

This week’s 10 minute presentation was delivered by Debbie from La Lumière, the only 5 star photography studio in the Yorkshire region. La Lumière provide a whole range of services that will suit a wide diversity of requirements from corporate headshots and family portraits to superhero-themed shoots! Their focus is on attention to detail and providing customer service that is second to none.

Learning about what drives others' businesses is key, it's not just about the USP or even the ESP but instead providing an excellent service that satisfies the client and goes that extra mile.
