Mindfulness session to help reduce stress,

If at the moment you’re finding life a bit challenging, you may wish to consider mindfulness.
Mindfulmess sessions can help to reduce stress, increase focus and resilience and improve physical wellbeing.
If you would like to try a session in the privacy of your own home then why not join me and a lovely group of people in a virtual mindful mediation session over zoom.
The sessions are held every Monday evening as a drop-in session between 7.15pm and 7.45pm and is FREE, so the only thing you’re investing is your time for the gift of peace of mind, relaxation and a way forward to improve physical wellbeing.
