Business is ‘Flourishink’ 

As usual, BRBN’s weekly networking meeting had an optimistic and cheerful tone. This morning’s forum got off to a very interesting start as members discussed current affairs, which didn’t include the new lockdown, even though many businesses country-wide will be affected by it.

During the meeting, resident Business Coach John Olivant asked members the following question ‘What message is my business giving to my clients?’ An important question for business owners to answer if they want their customers to respond with interest and enthusiasm.

The “Reminder” slot was centred around timing. It is rare that the priorities of business owners are the same as those of their clients. To ensure that at some point these priorities coincide and business can move forward, it is essential that business owners follow up leads repeatedly. Following up only once will mean a higher chance that those priorities are very different.

The owner of Flourishink, BRBN’s most recent business addition, gave today’s 10 minute presentation all about their new start-up. As a copywriter, Flourishink owner detailed the copywriting process from the client’s perspective, and also gave an excellent testimonial from one satisfied customer, which is a great start to any new business.
