The upbeat nature of BRBN meetings never changes. Jovial members that enjoy what they do make for an excellent and enjoyable networking recipe. This morning our meeting started, as always, with positive news and we weren’t disappointed. Good news, both personal and professional, was readily available from several members.
The initial round of introductions was followed by an insightful education slot. Whether your business has a physical presence on the high street, is based online or you’ve always worked from home, you could ask yourself what you’ve done during the pandemic to stay visible to your clients .
High street retail and hospitality have had a hard time of it lately to say the least, but staying relevant, staying in touch and keeping clients informed is vital especially when it isn’t “business as usual”.
Andy Bissett, our resident commercial finance broker and the owner of Shadowfax Funding Solutions gave us all an informative presentation. Andy has helped clients to find funds for a variety of projects from increasing cashflow and buying businesses to even purchasing whole islands, saving businesses time and money by finding just the right lender for them.
