Anything is possible with the right mindset.
16/11/2021

This week’s in-person meeting was very dynamic, and the atmosphere positive. There was good news from many corners of the room, including from Lewis Northen, who is now Beverley’s only qualified Funeral Director. Congratulations, Lewis!
There were two parts to this week’s education slot; one was philosophical, the other, practical. First, the philosophical: whatever happens, we shouldn’t let events define us. Anything is possible in life, and whatever experiences we encounter, we have the opportunity to rise above those experiences and make our dreams happen with the right mindset.
The practical part was about the importance of using substitutes to represent your business should you not be able to make a meeting. Ensuring you have a reliable and confident individual to be there on your behalf means that your company will still have a presence.
Dave Tunstall of East Riding Wills gave the presentation this week. Dave dispelled some myths about Wills, and members had the opportunity to ask questions about a topic which many people are afraid to talk about.
