BRBN Spring into action

FF BRBN Meeting (1)

This week’s in-person meeting got off to an excellent start. Breakfast and drinks at The Ferguson Fawsitt, Walkington near Beverley. kicking off March, everyone had a Spring in their step.

Following the good news slot, reporting on new business, feedback from new clients and the follow up results, the members were in a great  mood, the 60 seconds followed in equally good spirit.

The Education slot delivered by Julian Minshall, with a 3 - 2 - 1 theme suggested members should think about how they approach Network meetings, thinking about preparation, (3m), are they prepared and what is the reaction when they entered the room. 2 steps, getting up close, how they feel, are they fresh, smiling and full of positive vibes? Finally 1, the first sentence, remaining calm and composed, Making sure the first impression is the right impression and they are remembered for all the right reasons.

The 10 minute slot was delivered by our new member Edith from Signs Express in Scarborough, blowing the members away with a great 10 minute slot on the variety of signs they produce and the clients they keep continually happy, making and designing everything in house, working to tight schedules, ensuring clients not let down by the way they present themselves.

In short - Edith give the perfect 10 minute slot, giving members the confidence to refer Edith and Express Signs.

The meeting as usual concluded with an excellent round of referrals, 1-2-1's and testimonials.

A reminder about a night in the diary, the Social on Friday 17th March at the Ferguson Fawsitt.
