BRBN Skip straight to the 10 minute presentation!

BRBN Grant (3)

BRBN enjoyed the usual social meeting at The Ferguson Fawsitt, "it wasn't a waste of time"!!

Grant from Bruntons Waste Recycling brought along a guest and future substitute Nathan, also Lisa stepped in for Lynne from Stipendia, whilst new members Marnie, owner of Islay Bloom and Isabel from Westwood Veterinary Physiotherapy enjoyed a great BRBN Welcome.

BRBN turned the agenda around to start with the 10 minute slot, allowing Grant to present the benefits of Bruntons and their Waste solutions.

Grant gave an overview of the business, Waste, an inevitable by product of human activity, poses a significant environmental threat. It contributes to pollution, depletion of natural resources, and climate change. However, recycling emerges as a powerful solution to mitigate these issues.

Recycling reduces the need for raw materials, conserving energy and preserving ecosystems. By diverting waste from landfills, it minimises methane emissions, a potent greenhouse gas. Additionally, recycling fosters job creation in the waste management and recycling industries. It promotes a circular economy, where materials are reused, reducing the strain on finite resources.

Grant went on to present the procedures they follow to ensure they stay ahead of the curve and to encourage and embrace recycling is essential for a sustainable future, balancing human needs with environmental preservation along with the reliable service they provide to all their customers.

Following the usual 60 seconds, a lovely breakfast and chat, the all important referrals and testimonials were presented highlighting the benefits of networking BRBN style.

Next meeting is a virtual meeting Thursday 16th November.
