At BRBN new members have the opportunity to deliver their 10 minute slot, this week Lewis Foster ebpt encouraged BRBN to embrace Change.

Lewis mentioned that having a personal trainer (PT) offers numerous benefits, including personalised workout plans tailored to individual goals and fitness levels, which maximise efficiency and minimise injury risk.

At ebpt Lewis provides motivation, accountability, and expert guidance, ensuring proper form and technique. Through the app this allows results to be monitored through regular assessments and helps track progress, make necessary adjustments, and stay motivated.

Lewis is keen to give positive feedback allowing for timely interventions, if required. Additionally, Lewis is available so he can offer nutritional advice, further supporting holistic health and wellness goals. Ultimately, the combination of professional oversight and result monitoring leads to more effective and sustainable fitness achievements. With the usual round of 60 seconds and two amazing substitutes in Emily Manley for Lynne and Tom Stannard for Sam ensured that the meeting was fresh and maintained the usual high standards.

Referrals passed, testimonials and 1-2-1's highlighted the group were ready for a good week ahead.
