10/01/2025

BRBN had their first meeting of 2025 and welcomed two new guests and a new member Dog Groomer Megan who has set up Barking Bubbles at Leconfield Kennels.
Following the networking over a cup of tea, the usual good news the meeting enjoyed a great 10 minute slot delivered by Lynne Auton of Stipendia and Finnies Accountacy.
Lynne went over her background including her hobbies and how the company participates and supports local business and community projects along with bringing the group up to date with changes in Tax and National Insurance (NI) and other financial changes coming into place.
Lynne also went over the benefits of outsourced Payroll and the importance for both employer and employee to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time and the benefits of outsourcing payroll keeping ahead of all the changes being introduced and how Finnies Accountancy provides financial clarity, helping businesses manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with legal obligations and much more.
Following a great 10 minute slot to start the BRBN networking year, the usual 60 second round and education slot breakfast and a lovely cuppa allowed further time for interaction amongst the BRBN members.
The final referral round demonstrated how powerful the group are in helping each business grow and thrive with some great referrals.
The next meeting will be a virtual meeting on Thursday 16th January. 7.45am to 9am.
