BRBN welcome Chris giving help and guidance

BRBN members were up bright and early for the last meeting before Easter, with three new people in attendance, a guest / substitute and two new BRBN members.

Following a very lively networking session  before the meeting started members enlightened everyone with a variety of good news stories before new BRBN member Chris Leadley took the stage and delivered an excellent 10 minute slot.

Chris spoke about his back ground and journey in getting to where he is today with  a few ups and downs, Chris making the point that all were educational.

Chris mentioned Forbes Burton was set up on the belief that everybody needs guidance from time-to-time, they provide advice and solutions for businesses which are experiencing challenges and setbacks.

At Forbes Burton they know that people think if they bury their heads their problem will go away.  Which is why they take time to fully understand the clients situation and give appropriate advice to meet their specific circumstances. The team have a wide range of experience to give the best advice possible.

Having answered a number of questions the session moved onto the usual 60 second round, a lovely breakfast and then the Education slot. This week, highlighting the Masters Golf and how a simple reset from the Caddie allowed Rory McIlroy to remember he would have been happy to be in a play off at 9am in the morning.  The Caddie comment give the reset. "Focus on the positive and move on". The rest is history.

Talking of positives a fantastic round of business referrals and testimonials were passed, putting a spring in everyone's step ready for the Bank Holiday weekend ahead.

Next meeting on 24th April is a virtual meeting followed by a Physical meeting on 1st May.
