BRBN Welcome Justine to a busy BRBN meeting.

On Thursday 12th June, BRBN's 10 minute slot needed no consultation, Justine was all over it.

Justine, consult - Justine delivered the 10 minute slot in a true professional manner as you would anticipate from a business HR coach. Justine provides a different approach and essential support in aligning human resources strategies with overall business goals. 
Through her 10 minutes, whilst  presenting her background in HR, Justine gave a great insight into her expert guidance on talent management, leadership development, conflict resolution, and organisational culture, helping companies build stronger, more productive teams. 
Justine commented, "when organisations improve their skills to manage their workforce more strategically and effectively, this will lead to improved performance and long-term success".  

Along with the usual referrals, worked passed BRBN continued to demonstrate even though times change, the power of networking is there for all to appreciate.
