BRBN enjoy a busy informative presentation on the value of the local RSPCA.
As BRBN members arrived looking forward to the first February physical meeting by Matt Wright RSPCA charity manager, while they enjoyed a catch up, networking, Matt set up to deliver an informative and emotional presentation on the local RSPCA and the vital role they provide in protecting animals from neglect, cruelty, and abandonment.
Matt mentioned in his presentation how through rescue operations, veterinary care, rehabilitation, and rehoming services, they give vulnerable animals a second chance at safe and loving lives.
RSPCA inspectors respond to welfare concerns, while volunteers provide daily care, fundraising, and community education. This work relies heavily on local support, making strong networks essential.
Through BRBN they look to build Partnerships with businesses, schools, community groups, and individual donors which help generate funds, supplies, and awareness.
Matt commented, “Effective networking builds trust, encourages regular contributions, and expands the charity’s reach. By working together, the community ensures the RSPCA can continue safeguarding animals and promoting responsible pet ownership for years to come”.
A powerful presentation, leading into the new 45 second slot, members having an opportunity to sharpen their pitch and specific referral connections.
Following Breakfast and the important passing of Referrals, Testimonials and noting 1-2-1’s John concluded the meeting advising of training dates and potential social meet ups.
Next Meeting is a Virtual meeting 12th February, the Physical meeting is on the 19th February.
