BRBN Run networking into training for members and guests

BRBN are always looking to give members insights and updates to help improve their businesses, through connection and training sessions.

Today BRBN ran a training session after the physical meeting, mindful of members business and travel times. This week's BRBN meeting held at The Ferguson Fawsitt gave Just Beverley the opportunity to showcase the magazine, after the meeting Chris Leadley hosted and delivered a training session on Marketing for businesses.

Julian, Owner and editor of the local publication Just Beverley, used the 10 minute slot to bring members up to date with the continued positive news Just Beverley deliver and how the publication came into existence and have continually adapted, changed over the years.

Community publications like Just Beverley, that concentrate on positive news not only raise the profile of the town, the people and businesses, but shine a light and grow community collaboration. The magazine, along with their online forum provides businesses with affordable and targeted advertising opportunities, whilst raising the profile by promoting local events, success stories, and partnerships, creating a stronger sense of trust and community identity.

Chris Leadley hosted a successful marketing training session, equally important because the sessions equipped business owners with practical skills needed in a rapidly changing marketplace.

These training sessions help businesses understand customer behaviour, digital marketing tools, branding, and effective communication strategies. Small and medium-sized businesses in particular, benefit from learning about combined social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to compete in the marketplace. These training sessions delivered by BRBN members also encourage collaboration to benefit everyone.

With Just Beverley, followed by a Marketing Training session, ideas were raised to assist in increasing visibility, improving business performance, and encouraging local connectivity and exposure. They help businesses adapt to modern challenges while maintaining strong ties with the communities they serve.

Next Virtual Meeting Thursday 21st May.
