BRBN hold open meetings and welcome guests at the physical networking events, the meetings provide valuable opportunities for growth, collaboration, and innovation in allowing non-members or first-time visitors to attend.

BRBN includes social events as part of the networking experience, Beverley's Breakout Escape Rooms provided the perfect activity for all to enjoy. 

BRBN held the first physical meeting of March and along with the usual networking opportunities, an insightful 10 minute slot by Matt Oliver of Link Utility Consultants. BRBN welcomed a guest "Inspirational", speaker today, Carl Spence

The last physical meeting of February, with the usual warm welcome and a round of good news Fran then delivered her 10 minute slot. "The key to sustaining Physical and Mental Wellbeing".

BRBN members braved the ice and the cold to attend the first networking meeting in February.

BRBN welcomed Megan from Barking Bubbles to the group, Megan delivered a brilliant 10 minute slot.

BRBN had their first meeting of 2025 and welcomed two new guests and a new member Dog Groomer Megan who has set up Barking Bubbles at  Leconfield Kennels.

This Morning BRBN held their last physical networking meeting of 2024. With a good attendance, a reflection on 2024 and a reminder networking is about building connections, sharing knowledge, and developing relationships that benefit both personally and professionally.

On a fresh cold November morning having scraped Ice of our windscreens, arriving at The Ferguson Fawsitt to a warm welcome, a good cuppa is a great way to start the day.

Summary of some of the Budget Changes: 1) No changes to personal allowances or tax bands until at least April 2028. 2) National minimum wage rates to increase for all from April 2025. For those 21 and over an increase from £11.44 per hour to £12.21 per hour. 3) Increase in Employers national insurance (NIC) rates from April 2025 from 12.8% to 15% and a reduction in the level at which employers start paying NICs for each employee. 4) Increase in Employers Allowance from April 2025 from £5,000 to £10,500pa. 5) Stamp duty land tax rates to increase and thresholds to decrease on main and second properties from April 2025. 6) Changes to Inheritance Tax rules on pensions from April 2027. 7) Changes to Business Property and Agricultural Reliefs from April 2026.
